I just wanted to wish you a happy New Year. I hope that you’ve had some great moments with your family, and also some refreshing times over the Christmas, New Year Period.
Is this hard to hear?
If you suffer under the weight of depression this ‘Happy New Year greeting’ may be a little hard to hear, or may be a little uncomfortable for you.
For some of you it might just remind you of the very thing that you desire and long for, a distant memory -happiness- something that seems so out of reach.
Or for those with loved ones who struggle with this burden, it may just bring up those feelings of disappointment of your shattered hopes for them, and the thought of another unbearable year.
My hope for YOUR 2011
Well it is my hope and prayer that 2011 will be different; that this year will bring healing and happiness for you and your family. My heart goes out to all of those who live with depression and anxiety, especially at this time of year.
There is Hope
If you haven’t already investigated the physical causes of depression, I’d like to strongly recommend that you do. Depression can be healed when the physical imbalance is diagnosed and treated specifically. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. It works! (and there’s scientific evidence for it too).
I’ve put some information together, just for you, to explain what the physical causes of depression are- and how they can be treated. You can download your free copy from my breaking free from depression website.
So act now- make 2011 the best year yet. You are worth it, and there is hope.
All the best
Janelle
